In this simulation you will have the opportunity to practise the steps involved to view your My Group To Do List, assign an Interaction to yourself, and resolve the Interaction using Quick Close.
In this scenario, you are logged into Service Manager as a second level network analyst. You will open the Service Request for a password reset from your My Groups To Do List and assign it to yourself. You will complete the request and call the customer to confirm that the Password has been reset. You will then mark it as resolved and close the request.
