• Any software we produce will be available for all for no cost (i.e. whether the user could have afforded to pay for it or not), unless this would be illegal for us to do.
  
  
  
• We will not supply a solution that a customer is unable to support or maintain.
  
  
  
• We will not "lock-in" customers with proprietary technology.
  
  
  
• We will not take kick-backs or commissions for recommendations and/or sales of third party equipment and software. That is, if we recommend vendor A over vendor B, it is because we genuinely believe they have a better solution, not because we earn a commission on the sale of their products. (Our commitment here is very rare in the IT industry).
