Poem #404

I have a friend named Mandy Knott
Born of lordly pedigree
She's smart and nice and also hot
Suitors: plenty.

Another friend is Andrew Found
Who with her was all entranced
But ugly, broke and somewhat round
He had no chance.

Now as true love will often do
Not a single word was said:
But Andy and Amanda knew
That they would wed.

Their surnames joined, a babe was born
With my years of wisdom sage
I told them what to name their spawn
"Please name her Paige."
