Major overhaul of US legal practice
Objective measurement:
A Supreme court decision will rule that some piece of legislation is sufficient to condemn various legal services illegal. It will be deemed illegal for a lawyer to receive a portion of compensation money, and will demand that lawyers provide documentation of their interests in the verdict of a given case before going to court.
