Paul Keating will win the next federal election in Australia
Objective measurement:
Paul Keating will have the title Prime Minister after the next federal election in Austalia

the next election (whenever that is) 1996
Why:
Based on the previous election, every body hated Paul Keating, the polls showed him as loosing and terms like "banana republic" and "ass end of the world" were associated with him. None of this has changed, infact the terms "arrogant" and "self centered" can now be added, thus improving his chances.
