Prediction:
Moroccan /Algeria/ Iran/Iraq civil war threats and terrorist activity will get seriously worse.
Objective measurement:
Annual casualties attributed to civil war will be much higher in 1997 than 1996. 30% more people will be killed in Western Europe and the U.S. as a result of terrorist activity (explosions/murders) attributed to the Middle East extremist groups forces in 1997 than in 1996.
