Prediction:

On February 4th, 1997 there will be a major EarthQuake on The San Andreas Fault.

Objective measurement:

On February 4th, 1997 there will be a massive upward thrust on the San Andreas Fault Devastating most of California, and possibly part of Oregon and Mexico, measuring more than 7 on the Richter scale.

When:

4th February,1997

Why:

I have had it in a dream, and Seismologists are predicting some big ones in the next few years for California.
