Prediction:

Dr. Turi's predictions for 1996 due to the relative position of mars and the earth will fail with at least 60% being proven wrong

Objective measurement:

Count his predictions, divide successes by failures. A result less than 40/60 will show that i was right.

When:

The result should be calculateable by january 1997 or so.

Why:

The behaviour of humans do to some extend change in phase with the moon. But mars! I don't believe it. Anyway, it should make much less impact than the moon. There is no biological reason for the body to change according to mars. Theonly thing that *could* make a bit of a difference is that many people *believe* in such things. They may act differently.

Further comments:

Some of the Dr. Turi predictions seeems to be probably, but for different reasons. e.g. the amount of used power in the world is rising, so if we have the same fauilure measured in percent, it will be greater measured in watts, as Dr. Turi predicts.
