Prediction:

The United States will move troops on either Mexico or Canada.

Objective measurement:

The movement of american troops is in itself a criteria.

When:

1998

Why:

The United States will invoke free trade for a troop invasion of either Mexico or Canada. We have always used the unrest of our western hemisphere nieghbors combined with a major international treaty as justification of our aggression. With civil wars looming to the north and south of the US give us the oppertunity for expansion. In the case of Mexico we gain all this resort territory. In the case of Canada We need the parking spaces.

Further comments:

This may sound like a foolish prediction to anyone not a serious student of history and Robert Heinlein. Man is but a few generations away from his war-like, savage and semi-intelligent fore father who crawled out on all fours, hairy and naked to stake his claim.
Heinlein said that, "Man is the only creature selfcentered enough to create a god in his own likeness then pray to it and expect that it will do any good."
