A vaccine will be discovered to treat some strains of the AIDS virus
Objective measurement:
A statistically significant sample of AIDS patients with a particular pathology will be treated and will have the progress of their disease reversed.

The discovery of the vaccine will be too late. The virus will have mutated into new strains by then.Look for "A" thru "Y" strains of the virus. Behind a wall of lies China will begin quietly concentrating the sick and dying into camps.
